PRE-INSULATED PIPE

Providing excellent thermal insulation results as well as noise and condensation control, pre-insulated pipes are an efficient method of minimising heat loss or gain when conveying gases and fluids. They can reduce onsite labour costs which in turn can lower the total cost of your project.

Spiro Industries can manufacture and supply you with pre-insulated pipe in lengths of 6m to suit your specifications and requirements.

Pre-insulated pipe is utilised above ground and inground in the following industries:

Our pre-insulated pipe can be manufactured with casings/jackets made from our own manufactured galvanised lockseam spiral tubes, or we can use High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) or PVC. The carrier pipe can be copper, HDPE, stainless steel or carbon steel.​

Our polyurethane foam has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and negligible global warming potential (GWP).
